The Academy for Ethics and Leadership -TAFEL

The journey to promote and establish The Academy for Ethics and Leadership by The Companion – An Association of Muslim men in Business and the Professions – started in January 2011 and culminated in the incorporation of The Academy by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in March 2013 as a corporate organization limited by guarantee with RC 1105564. The Academy is predicated on the premise that leadership is an endless experience which requires continual training fused with ethical conduct. It recognizes that leadership combined with ethical practices is a sine-qua-non for success in every organization. The Academy having noted that leadership challenge is a worldwide phenomenon seeks to harmonise the East (spiritualism) and the West (materialism) to provide solutions and achieve greater successes based on timeless values and ethics which hopefully would take trainees and participants to higher realm of responsibility and leadership.

In realization of the pervasive nature of leadership and ethics, The Academy provides training for all segments of the society, including children, youth, adults, government/public institutions, businesses (of various types and sizes), families, non-governmental institutions, groups, etc. And in order to ensure robust training, the Academy is affiliated to and works in collaboration with local and international reputable institutions which provide additional facilitators to in-house dedicated, highly qualified and thorough bred faculty members using cutting–edge Information and Communication Technology to deliver superior training services aimed at anticipating, meeting and even surpassing trainees’ expectations.

Our training ranges from general to customized programmes to meet the needs of every group of trainees and participants. It could be provided in-house for organizations that so desire or arranged at very suitable and conducive environments devoid of distractions. Our fees are also moderate and competitive.
